It is pleasure to announce that KEMEL Co., Ltd. (Shiba-Daimon 1-1-30, Minato-Ku, Tokyo) will be merging with our parent company, Eagle Industry Co., Ltd. (Shiba-Daimon 1-12-15, Minato-Ku, Tokyo) on April 1, 2012.
The aim of this strategic decision is to focus further growth, strengthen our position in the global market and intensify cooperative relationship with our valued partners worldwide.
Along with the merger, we are committed to continue improving our services as ever before, and are confident that the change will only enhance what we can offer to you.
KEMEL CO., Ltd. will be dissolved and Eagle Industry Co., Ltd. as the surviving company, will assume all rights and responsibilities.
After the merger, our organization will be renamed Eagle Industry Co., Ltd. - KEMEL Company.
